These Terms govern use of SkySecurity ERP (the “Application”), an internal business application provided by Sky Security Solutions (“Sky Security”, “we”). The Application is intended solely for Sky Security staff and authorized contractors.

Authorized use

• Access is granted only to users explicitly authorized by Sky Security.
• You must use the Application only for legitimate Sky Security business purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable conduct

• Do not attempt to access data or areas beyond your granted permissions.
• Do not copy, export, or disclose customer or business data except as required for your work.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Application.

Data

Information handled by the Application is described in our Privacy Policy. Business and customer data within the Application remain the property of Sky Security Solutions and its customers.

Availability & changes

The Application is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, and may update these Terms, at any time.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when a user leaves the organization or a contract ends.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
