This Privacy Policy explains how Sky Security Solutions (“Sky Security”, “we”) handles information in connection with SkySecurity ERP, our internal business application used by Sky Security staff and authorized contractors. The application is not offered to the general public.

Information we access

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your basic Google profile information:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your profile picture

We request these through Google’s standard sign-in scopes (openid, email, profile) for the sole purpose of authenticating you and identifying your account within the application.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your session active.
• To identify who performed actions inside the application (e.g. task assignments, notes).
• To apply your access level (role) so you see only what you are permitted to.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not share it with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than operating this application.

Storage & retention

Your profile information is stored in our access-controlled database for as long as your account is active. When your account is deactivated or removed, associated personal information is deleted or anonymized, except where records must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Data security

Access is restricted to authorized users, transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and protected by role-based permissions.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also revoke the application’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account security settings.
